Alongside his passion for farming, John spent many years as a Registered Nurse at Providence Medical Center. Though he is now retired, he continues to work per diem in healthcare, staying connected to his roots in patient care while focusing on Birch Creek Farms.
Greg, who is just as passionate about farming, joined John on this journey. As a partner in both life and business, Greg Smith is an integral part of the farm’s success. With a shared vision of growing the best produce for their community, Greg works tirelessly alongside John to ensure Birch Creek Farms thrives year after year. His hands-on approach and deep commitment to the farm make him a vital part of the Birch Creek family.
